Consistent high accuracy and dependable service are maintained under conditions of extreme vibration, pressure pulsations, up to 100 G's shock, media temperature extremes of -65°F to +450°F, and 150%, or higher, overpressure. Burst pressure is typically a minimum of 300% of the full scale dial reading. A fatigue life of 1,000,000 or more cycles can be achieved in many cases.

Wide selection of Pressure Ranges and Sizes.
Pressure ranges are available from 0-15 to 0-15,000 psig as well as compound and vacuum. Standard case diameters vary from .75" to 8.5" weighing as little as .05 pound. Custom cases are also available.

Accuracy of Perma-Cal® custom pressure gauges remains unchanged during normal use; they do not require maintenance or periodic recalibration. This type of trouble-free service is a direct result of design simplicity coupled with the high quality materials used in gauge construction. The helical wound Inconel tube provides excellent resistance to high temperatures and corrosive media. The sturdy metal case includes a fail-safe pressure relief in the event the sensing element should rupture from overpressure. The tempered glass, polycarbonate or acrylic lens is sealed with a special gasket that increases both longitudinal and perpendicular impact resistance as well as provides an effective seal.
